Hooper set for Celtic outing - UEFA Competitions

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has revealed Gary Hooper will be given a run out for their Champions League second round qualifier against Cliftonville on Tuesday.

The English forward, who has been linked with a summer move south of the border to Queens Park Rangers, has managed to recover from a groin strain ahead of the second-leg encounter at Parkhead.

Lennon is looking forward to giving Hooper time on the pitch on Tuesday night, as Celtic hope to finish the job after securing a 3-0 victory in the first-leg at Cliftonville.

He said: "We are still in pre-season, so I want to get as much football into the senior boys as we can and we will go strong.

"Gary Hooper, he'll be in the squad for tomorrow (Tuesday). He's back after his groin strain.

"With Gary coming into the squad, we would like to give him some game time."

Celtic are 1.04 to win at Parkhead, 13.00 to draw and 41.00 to suffer a shock defeat to Cliftonville. The Hoops are also 6.50 to repeat the score from the first leg and win 3-0.
