Ancelotti replaces Mourinho in Madrid

Real Madrid have confirmed Carlo Ancelotti as their new manager after the Italian signed a three-year contract with the club.
The Spanish giants have been on the lookout for a new head coach since confirming Jose Mourinho would leave the Bernabeu at the end of last season.Ancelotti has been Los Blancos' number one target since Mourinho left the club but the process of bringing him to Madrid has been a long saga after Paris Saint-Germain refused to let him go.

Ronaldo rules out Real exit

Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed that he wants to continue playing for Real Madrid despite speculation about his future.
Cristiano Ronaldo is staying put with Real Madrid this summer.The 28-year-old Portugal international star has been heavily linked with a move back to the England this summer after he admitted that he missed the Premier League.

Villa set for Atletico move

Barcelona have announced they have agreed a deal "in principle" to sell David Villa to Atletico Madrid. 
The Spain striker, who had a year left on his contract and been linked with a move to Tottenham, will cost Atletico up to 5.1million Euros (£4.5million).Villa, Spain's all-time leading goalscorer, made 119 appearances for Barca after joining in the summer of 2010 for 40million Euros, scoring 48 goals.

No offers for Soldado, says Valencia chief

Amadeo Salvo says there is no imminent deal for the Spain international and also added his side are not a selling club.
Valencia have received no offers for striker Roberto Soldado, according to the club's president Amadeo Salvo. Soldado, 28, has been linked with a move to the Premier League but Salvo insists any move for him, or Adil Rami and Diego Alves, would come at a cost.
