Fabregas slams 'absurd' rumours

Former Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas has poured cold water on suggestions that he wants to leave Barcelona this summer and return to the Premier League.
The 26-year-old Spain international has struggled to establish himself in the Barcelona first team since returning to the Nou Camp a couple of years ago.Manchester United and the Gunners have been linked with Fabregas, who made more than 300 first-team appearances for Arsenal during his eight-year stay with the club.

However, Fabregas insists: "I've always said that I'm happy at Barca. Whoever says that I'm leaving doesn't know me and has never spoken with me.

"If someone says I don't want to play at Barca, it's completely absurd.

"My agent knows that I don't want him to talk with other people about me."

The latest odds to win the 2013-14 Champions League have Barcelona at 4.50, Manchester United at 12.00 and Arsenal at 26.00.
